I'm a SPAL dealer; why isn't my business listed in the dealer locator?
The dealer list is comprised of dealers who have met certain sales goals and criteria as set forth by SPAL USA. Some exceptions have been made regarding geography. If you feel your company should be included on the list, please contact your sales representative and request consideration for the SPAL USA web site dealer list.

How can I place an order?
You may place a retail order over the internet using our web store, or you can call us directly at (800) 345-0327 and speak with a sales person regarding the products you need. If you already have a customer number, you can fax your order to (800) 654-7725.

How is my order shipped?
We ship all orders weighing less than 150 pounds via UPS Ground by default, Fed Ex if requested. All shipments weighing over 150 pounds are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload). If you have a preferred carrier, we can ship to you “Freight Collect” using that carrier.

Do you provide faster shipping services?
Yes, we do. Both UPS and LTL carriers can deliver overnight to all locations in the continental U.S. Two day and three day service is available as well.

When will my order ship?
All orders received prior to 12 p.m. (Noon) (CST) will be shipped within three business days.

How do I know my order has shipped?
Order confirmation is sent to you via e-mail automatically upon shipping. (You must provide a valid e-mail address for this service). The e-mail contains your order number and tracking information.

Can I change my order?
SPAL's goal is to provide the fastest possible service to its customers. There is a good possibility that by the time you call to make a change or cancellation, your package will be already on its way. In the event that your change is absolutely necessary, please contact customer service at 1-800-345-0327 as soon as possible. We will attempt to accommodate your needs.

Do you sell replacement parts for your fans?
No. Each fan is balanced three times during the production process. Once a component (blade, shroud or motor) is damaged, it cannot be replaced. A new, balanced fan must be purchased.

My order was damaged in shipping, what do I need to do?
If your order arrives with obvious damage and you refused the shipment, notify us immediately by calling (800) 345-0327 and we will make arrangements to ship a replacement. If you accept the order, please contact us as well. Provide us with information about the damaged or missing product. (Product description and quantity)

There was an error in my order, what do I do?
In the event that you receive wrong merchandise or incorrect quantity, notify us immediately:
- If you have the wrong product, please notify us by calling (800) 345-0327. You will be issued a Return Authorization Number and provided with instructions on what to do next in accordance with our return policy.
- If you have received a wrong quantity contact us by calling (800) 345-0327. We will investigate and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

I have received defective merchandise, what do I do?
Any defective merchandise under the SPAL warranty may be returned, prepaid with return authorization. Please contact our technical department at (800) 454-7725 for further details.

When will I receive my invoice?
The invoice is generated the same day the order is shipped. We fax or e-mail the invoice to the customer. If you do not receive your invoice within 5 days, please contact our sales department by calling (800) 345-0327. We will resend the invoice to your attention. Please be advised we do not mail invoices.

Can you drop-ship directly to my customer?
Yes, we do. All drop-ship orders will incur a $15 fee. The fee applies to all drop-ship orders regardless of the quantity.

What types of payments do you accept?
C.O.D., Company check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, or Net 30 day terms (if qualify).
